Our Process
Introduction
We start with a 30 min online call to outline your challenge, understand your expectations and determine if we are the right fit. You may not be wholly clear on what the problem is, you just know something isn’t working - this is totally fine at this stage! No charge and obligation free.
Diagnosis
This is a more in-depth analysis of your challenge. This could simply be desk research based on information you provide, or it could be an immersion in your business - it really depends. If you are unclear on what the real problem is, we would recommend the immersion route. Either way, we apply The Engine Check framework based on the data that is available to identify what services you require.
Recommendations
Based on our findings from the diagnosis stage, we make recommendations on how to drive success through brand or marketing strategy. We can execute the recommendations or we can support your marketing resource (internal teams or agencies) to do it in-house. We may make recommendations for services that we do not offer, in which case we can refer you to other specialists that can help.
